Legal and compliance, handled — for the businesses that don't have a legal team.
Lawyer-authored contracts, organised by AI
Awelle uses AI to give accountants, business owners, and franchise networks practical legal support grounded in Australian legal context.
The Awelle approach
Lawyers write the contracts. AI organises them. So Australian businesses and their advisers can find, tailor and understand the right document without starting from a blank page.
Three ways to work with lawyer-authored Australian contracts.
Generate.
Create a tailored first draft from the way your business works, using lawyer-authored clause libraries and decision logic.
Review.
Upload documents to get plain-English risk flags, highlighting critical terms to consider before you sign or negotiate.
Understand obligations.
Research Australian legal questions in everyday language and trace answers back to useful legal sources.

ASIC’s September 2026 update says that, from 1 July 2027, companies will need to provide directors’ identification numbers to ASIC through company reporting processes, including annual reviews and notifications of changes to director details. ASIC recommends checking company and director records now, including consistency with Australian Business Registry Services records.

How can accountants keep more client work in-house?
Awelle offers practice-managed and white-label pathways for accounting firms to coordinate routine legal-document work within their client relationships. Discuss the service scope and commercial terms with Awelle before offering a service to clients; specialist matters still need appropriate legal advice.

Does Awelle replace advice from a lawyer?
No. Document generation, preliminary review and research do not remove the need for qualified legal advice. Complex matters and decisions affecting legal rights should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified legal practitioner.
