This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the Awelle Services. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity.
• Generate documents intended to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent legal standing.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malware.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or process personal data unlawfully.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or related systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties without our written consent.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Services beyond permitted API usage.
• Circumvent usage limits, credits, or billing mechanisms.

Reporting and Enforcement

Report suspected violations to support@awelle.io. We may investigate violations, remove content, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
