Scope and Roles

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between the customer (“Controller”) and \[LEGAL ENTITY NAME\] (“Processor”) and applies where Awelle processes personal data on the customer’s behalf in providing the Services.

Processor Obligations

• Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Controller.
• Ensure persons authorised to process the data are bound by confidentiality.
• Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
• Assist the Controller with data subject requests and compliance obligations.
• Notify the Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach.
• Delete or return personal data at the end of the engagement, at the Controller’s choice.
• Make available information necessary to demonstrate compliance and allow audits.
